I have the TM series CW (CCW) input turned ON, but the motor does not move. The POWER LED is lit, so power is being input. What is the reason it does not move?

One of the following causes may be the cause:

1. The motor and capacitor are not connected correctly.
   Check that the motor wires and capacitor are connected as shown in the connection diagram.

2. 
   When the INT/EXT input is OFF, increase the value of the internal torque potentiometer. When
   the INT/EXT input is ON, increase the value of the external potentiometer (or external DC power supply).

3. 
   A 24V DC power supply for the power controller is required in addition to the AC power supply for driving, and the control 24V DC power supply is not connected
   . If it is not connected, the motor will not move even if the CW (CCW) input is turned ON.
