How do I calculate the air speed of a fan?
The average air speed at the fan outlet can be calculated using the formula below.
Q (m³/min) = A (m²) × V (m/sec) × 60 (sec)
V= Q/(60・A)
Q = Maximum air volume (m³/min)
A = Discharge opening area (m²)
V = Wind speed (m/sec)
